This is a Canadian based site. Any orders outside of Canada are subject to additional shipping fees to be added at time of shipping. Return Policy :

You can returned unopened product in it's original condition within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. The cost of the merchandise minus shipping will be reimbursed as a credit to your card.

How to Return:

If you would like to return products from our isuperfoods online store, please email first to let us know what you are returning. Then mail the item back in a padded envelope or secure box to the address below. Please state the reason for return with your full name, address, phone number and email. We will issue you a credit card refund (for the cost of the item, not including postage).

* Free Shipping:

There are a few items on our site that don't qualify for free shipping. Any product over 2.25kg (5lbs) will be charged regular shipping fees.
